Book now and get ready to look and feel your best. - Lesson is 1-2-1 (can be booked for a friend to join you too - please contact us to book a double lesson). - Covers 2 looks of your choice on yourself fitted to your ability - Full use of our premium makeup kit and brushes - Face chart to complete - Shopping list and recommendations given. - Bring in any of your makeup collection/ brushes from home for us to show you exactly how to use them. - You will receive an academy certificate of completion.

Cancellation Policy

ATTENDING THE ACADEMY Only the named student cant attend the course booked. Children are not permitted in the academy due to the nature of some of our treatments available and for their health and safety. THEORY Your online theory if completing a GTi accredited course MUST be completed at least 48 hours prior to your course date. You will NOT be able to attend your course at the academy without successfully completing your online theory on the portal and you will incur your booking to be cancelled and any monies paid will be lost. Please contact us ASAP if you are unable to carry this out. PARKING There is very limited parking at The Academy Please arrive to your appointment on time as we do not have the facility for many cars to wait. If you aren't a confident driver or have a large car we would recommend to park on surrounding roads or the top of Cainhoe Road next door as the courtyard is a tight squeeze on busy days. CANCELLATIONS, LATE CANCELLATION FEES AND NO SHOWS Full payment of your course will be debited at time of booking. Course fees are non-refundable in case of cancellation. Any enrollment fees/discounts are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your course, please let us know as early as possible so we can re-schedule your training with us at least 48 hours in advance of training date otherwise your total booking cost will be lost. Postponements are subject to availability and MUST be rebooked and completed within 6 months of original course date. LATENESS Please let us know if you are running late for your training, we can usually allow for up to 15 minutes grace period, however it is imperative you do not miss out on your education with us as you may not be able to be signed off. If you are running more than 30 minutes late it will be treated as a no-show and a on the day cancellation and any fees paid will not be refunded. CODE OF CONDUCT We expect all our trainers and learners to abide by our code of conduct. Prior to any learning taking place this will be explained by your trainer and is to be signed by all learners at the beginning of your course. Any one who does not follow the code of conduct will be asked to leave the academy immediately, your training will end with immediate effect and the guild will be contacted and informed.
